Michael recently did a complete bathroom renovation for us and the results were truly amazing!  Our new bathroom is both functional and artistic and we would warmly recommend his work.  Michael's craftsmanship and professionalism was impeccable.  He was respectful and sensitive to our concerns at all times.  He worked neatly and kept a clean work area and we were impressed at how quiet and unobtrusive he was given the nature of a total remodel including demolition.

If the question is 'Should you work with Michael Iaquinta?'  The answer is simply -- YES!  He is professional, sincere and ethical.

I am very comfortable about choosing to work with Michael.  He will begin the physical remodeling of my kitchen in a few days. Michael's expert advice and information is clearly based on his many years of experience in this field. I have been in constant contact with Michael and my emails are always returned very promptly. He also has a great attitude and sense of humor.  

Michael was the only builder who flat out said that things would not change with him. His bid included all the little and not so little things that are easy to overlook, until it is too late.  The other bids I received left out items to appear like 'better deals, such as tax, finish work and cleanup, but they would have cost more in the end. Michael's bid was totally complete AND the better value.  It made me feel much more confident in choosing his company. I was also impressed by the way his prior clients felt about their experience with him. It is nice NOT to feel like another job, in a long list of jobs. Michael really does care that the work on my kitchen will be right and there is nothing left hanging. I really trust his judgment in the entire process. He listens to my ideas, gives me much needed advice, makes good suggestions and is as flexible as I have needed him to be.

I was looking for an ethical, experienced, old school type, quality kind of builder, and more importantly, I had to be able to afford the bid. I received all that and more. What a pleasant experience this has been.
